Our Story – The Rise of Girmah

GIRMAH is the first private institute for practical executive leadership and enterprise development hub in Ghana. Across Africa, the challenge is not a shortage of ideas. Businesses are launched but struggle to scale. Organisations exist but underperform. Institutions are established, yet execution remains weak. The critical gap is practical leadership, disciplined management, and the mindset required to turn vision into measurable results.

GIRMAH Institute of Leadership & Entrepreneurial Development was established to close this gap.
